About us

Our history

We have roots back to the hydropower development of Tokkeanlegga in 1956,
was established in March 1972 under the name Bandak AS, and has been growing steadily
since. In 2022, Dalen Mekaniske consists of three departments, head office at
Dalen, a department at Notodden, and a department at Moland in Fyresdal.

We have a variety of CNC based lathes, CNC controlled milling machines,
robots and everything else necessary for an efficient and accurate
production.

Going forward, the goal is to increase the number of employees, continue to invest in
production lines, have customers all over the world and contribute to the green
shift by supplying high-quality components to our customers.
The strategy is efficient production with the help of modern machine tools
and robotic handling.

We are located in Telemark, in the south-central part of Norway. Our head office is located in Dalen in Telemark, with branches in Fyresdal and Notodden.

We have more than 50 employees.
